Recent Files Monitor

Browse recently modified files across your PrestaShop installation to quickly spot suspicious changes.

Using the Recent Files Browser

  1. Go to the Recent Files tab
  2. Select a time range: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom range
  3. Optionally filter by file extension or directory
  4. Review the file list

Information Shown

For each file:

  • Full file path
  • File size
  • Last modification timestamp
  • File extension

Filtering Options

  • Time Range — Predefined ranges (24h, 7d, 30d) or custom date range
  • Extension Filter — Show only specific file types (e.g., only .php files)
  • Directory Filter — Limit results to a specific directory tree
  • Excluded Paths — Hide known-safe directories from results

CSV Export

Export the file list to CSV for documentation, audit trails, or sharing with security consultants.

When to Use

  • After a suspected breach — Check what files were recently modified to understand the scope
  • After updates — Verify that only expected files were changed
  • Routine monitoring — Quickly spot unexpected .php file modifications in upload or image directories
  • Compliance — Document file change activity for security audits
