Bulk Generation Wizard

Process hundreds of products, categories, and CMS pages in a single session.

Overview

The Bulk Generation Wizard helps you generate content for hundreds of products, categories, or CMS pages in a single session.

Starting the Wizard

  1. Go to AI Content Studio module configuration
  2. Click Bulk Generation in the navigation
  3. The 5-step wizard will guide you through the process

Step 1: Entity Type

Choose what type of content you want to generate:

  • Products: Product descriptions, summaries, meta tags
  • Categories: Category descriptions, meta tags
  • CMS Pages: Page content, meta tags

Step 2: Content Types

Choose which content fields to generate:

Presets:

  • SEO Pack: Meta title, meta description, friendly URL
  • Full Content: All available fields
  • Custom: Pick specific fields

Step 3: Language & Context

Select the target language for generation and provide additional context:

  • Entity name and existing content are used automatically
  • You can add custom instructions or context per batch

Step 4: Select Items

Filter and select the items you want to process.

Filtering Options

  • All items: Process everything
  • Search by Name: Find items by name or ID
  • By Category: Filter products by category
  • Missing Content: Find items missing specific fields

Step 5: Configure & Generate

AI Provider & Model

Override the default AI provider and model for this batch. This lets you use a budget model for bulk work without changing your global settings.

Processing Mode

  • Browser Processing: Process in your browser (best for smaller batches)
  • Background Job: Process via cron (best for large catalogs)

Save Mode

  • Review First: Review content before saving (recommended)
  • Auto-Save: Save immediately after generation

Progress Tracking

  • See real-time progress with items processed
  • Pause/Resume generation at any time
  • View success/failure counts

Background Processing

For large catalogs:

  1. Select Background Job in Step 5
  2. Start the job
  3. Close the browser - processing continues via a secure tokenized cron URL
  4. The job self-chains for reliable processing on any hosting
  5. Return later to review results
