Your First Generation

A step-by-step guide to generating your first AI content.

Quick Start Guide

Let's generate your first AI content! We'll create a product description to see AI Content Studio in action.

Method 1: Inline Generator (Fastest)

  1. Go to Catalog > Products and edit any product
  2. Look for the AI Generator button (sparkles icon) in the toolbar
  3. Click it to open the AI generator modal
  4. Select the content types you want to generate:
    • Summary
    • Description
    • Meta Title
    • Meta Description
    • Friendly URL
  5. Choose the language
  6. Click Generate Content
  7. Review the generated content
  8. Click Apply to Form to use it

Method 2: Bulk Generation Wizard

For generating content for multiple products at once:

  1. Go to the AI Content Studio module configuration
  2. Click Bulk Generation in the navigation
  3. Follow the 5-step wizard:
    • Step 1: Select entity type (Products, Categories, or CMS)
    • Step 2: Filter and select items
    • Step 3: Choose content types to generate
    • Step 4: Configure generation options
    • Step 5: Start generation and review results

Understanding the Generated Content

AI Content Studio generates content based on:

  • Entity name: The product/category/page name
  • Existing content: Uses existing descriptions as context
  • Prompt settings: Your configured tone and brand voice
  • SEO settings: Respects meta title/description length limits

Refining Content

Not happy with the result? Use the chat refinement feature:

  1. In the results panel, click on any generated field
  2. Type your feedback (e.g., "make it shorter" or "add more technical details")
  3. The AI will refine the content based on your instructions
  4. Repeat until you're satisfied

Saving Content

You have flexible options for saving generated content:

  • Auto-save in Bulk Mode: Enable automatic saving to apply content directly without manual review
  • Review Before Saving: Review and edit content before clicking Save or Apply

Choose the approach that fits your workflow - quick automation or careful review.

Note: All saved content is tracked in Version History, so you can always revert if needed.
