General Settings
Configure AI Content Studio's core settings including AI providers, model selection, and display options.
General Settings Overview
The Settings tab controls the core functionality of AI Content Studio. It is accessible from the module's navigation under Settings.
Module Navigation
AI Content Studio opens to the Dashboard by default, showing usage statistics and recent activity. The full navigation includes:
- Dashboard — Usage stats, token consumption, recent generations
- Bulk Generation — Generation and Translation wizards
- History — AI request audit log
- Mutations — Published content changes with version restore
- Settings — Provider keys, models, display toggles
- Prompt & SEO — Writing style and SEO rules
AI Provider Configuration
Default Provider
Choose your primary AI provider. This is used by default for all generation and translation unless overridden in a wizard.
Supported providers:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic (Claude)
- Google Gemini
- Z.AI (GLM)
- DeepSeek
Per-Provider API Keys
Enter the API key for each provider you want to use. You only need to configure providers you plan to use. See API Key Setup for details.
Per-Provider Model Selection
Choose a default model for each configured provider. You can also switch models on-the-fly inside the Bulk Wizard or Inline Generator.
Display Settings
Control where the inline AI generator button appears:
- Display on Product Pages: Show the AI button on product edit pages
- Display on Category Pages: Show the AI button on category edit pages
- Display on CMS Pages: Show the AI button on CMS page edit pages
Clean Database on Uninstall
When enabled, all AI Content Studio data (history, version tracking, bulk jobs) will be deleted when uninstalling the module.
Warning: Only enable this if you're sure you won't need the module again. All generation history will be permanently lost.
