Overview

AI Content Studio's AI Translation feature helps you expand to new markets by translating your product catalog, categories, and CMS pages into any language.

Accessing Translation

Method 1: Inline Translator

  1. Edit any product, category, or CMS page
  2. Click the AI generator button
  3. Select the Translate tab

Method 2: Bulk Translation Wizard

  1. Go to AI Content Studio module configuration
  2. Click AI Translator in the navigation
  3. Follow the translation wizard

Translation Workflow

Step 1: Select Languages

  • Source Language: The language to translate FROM
  • Target Language: The language to translate TO

Step 2: Select Items

Choose which items to translate:

  • Filter by search, category, or missing translations
  • Select individual items or all matching

Step 3: Choose Fields

Select which fields to translate:

  • Product summary and description
  • Category descriptions
  • Meta titles and descriptions
  • Friendly URLs

Step 4: Translation Options

When Target Already Has Content

  • Skip: Keep existing content (don't overwrite)
  • Overwrite: Replace with new translation
